ABOUT THE COMPANY

We established the company on 1 January 1994 and have been active since 1 January 1995.
Since 2005, our premises have been situated in a new building which was reconstructed within the framework of the “Reconstruction of the former potato store for industrial production – injection of plastics” project. The project was part of the Industry and Enterprise operational programme of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, for which a subsidy from the state budget and EU structural funds was granted. The new premises fully meet all the requirements of a successful modern enterprise.

The trade mark: DK PLAST, spol. s r.o. is recorder in the Commercial Register, held by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, Section C, Insert 7184.

Registered capital: CZK 1,100,000.00

We deal with two partly related activities:

1) In the plastic moulding rooms in Bělá nad Svitavou, we produce and sell goods made from plastic. We produce moulded parts using both our own moulds and the customers’ moulds. We also ensure design and production of moulds for our customers, quite regularly then also producing these moulds.

We cooperate with high capacity warehouses throughout the whole of the Czech Republic, goods also being purchased from us by retailers. We also deliver our products to foreign companies.

2) In the Centrum department store in Svitavy, we operate retail sales of household articles, hardware and gardening tools as well as additional sales of toys, paints and special shoes.
